What is COVID-19 Sample Collection Kit?
This kit is called Clinical VTM (Viral Transport Medium). Clinical VTM is intended for the collection and transport of clinical specimen containing COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and others.
Why 2 Swabs?
For initial diagnostic testing for COVID-19, Korea CDC (Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends collecting and testing upper respiratory Nasopharyngeal (NP) swab and Oropharyngeal (OP) swab.
